Have you ever been confused about where you can vape without raising eyebrows? Whether you can vape at work since it’s not really smoking?
If you’ve just started out with vaping, you are probably making mistakes that are indirectly changing how people think about it.
Here is what you should know:
Should You Vape In Public?
Never vape where you aren’t allowed to smoke. While many research studies have shown there is no impact of passive vaping, it is only going to annoy people.
If you are unsure, always ask. Never ever walk into a restaurant or store and start powering up your vaporiser. People who don’t understand it have reservations.
Try Out Stealth Vaping
Every vaper has done it at some point in time and there is a good chance you will try it out too.
How do you go about this?
- Hold your mod in a way that it is not visible
- Take a drag; don’t exhale just yet
- Get in some air. Make sure you don’t let any vapour out.
- Hold the vapour in your lungs for about 2 seconds.
- Open your mouth in the shape of a small ‘o’
- Ball your fist and place it over your mouth
- Now exhale…
Don’t Blow Cloud Of Vapours In People’s Face
Believe it or not, even vapers find it annoying. It may not be as annoying as tobacco smoke, but it is still an issue for many people. Stand up and walk to an area where there aren’t as many people.
Don’t Attack Smokers
Some of the worst fanatics are converts, and this applies to vapers as well. If you were a smoker and have recently made the switch, you don’t have the right to look down upon smokers.
They still have the right to make their own choices. Even if you are educating a friend about vaping, don’t be pushy.
Take Care Of Your Vaporisers
Some vapers look down on others because of the specs or size of their devices. If you are using a customised, large Mod you might find it hard to understand why someone else is using an e-cigarette.
However, it all comes down to personal preferences. They might prefer an e-cigarette that is easier to use over a large Mod that gives thicker vapours.
